Riah Towers

Riah Towers is a completed residential development in Culture Village, Al Jaddaf, rising nineteen storeys above the banks of the Dubai Creek. Designed by Arenco Architectural & Engineering Consultants, the tower draws on the district’s blend of Emirati heritage and contemporary form, with balconies framing views across the water in a community built around preserving the cultural character of the emirate.

The development comprises 146 units across studios, one, two and three-bedroom apartments, together with six penthouses finished to a standard befitting their position at the top of the building. Residents have access to a swimming pool, separate gymnasiums for men and women, separate saunas and steam rooms, and round-the-clock security. Construction began in September 2013 and completed in December 2016, placing Riah Towers among the established addresses of a waterfront district that sits minutes from Downtown Dubai and Business Bay.
